Al-Gharafa SC departed to the Saudi city of Jeddah on Sunday to participate in the group stage competitions of the AFC Champions League 2022.
Al Gharafa are pooled in Group C, which includes the UAE's Shabab Al-Ahli, Iran's Foolad Khuzestan and Turkmen side Ahal FK.
Al-Gharafa SC is taking part in the competitions as the fourth place holder in the 2020-2021 QNB Stars League.
Al-Gharafa will face Foolad Khuzestan on Thursday, followed by Ahal FK on April 10, and will conclude its match for this group stage by facing Shabab Al-Ahli on April 14.
