England will face current World Cup champions France tonight at Al Bayt Stadium in the last quarter-finals match.

England have been unbeaten in the tournament so far, scoring 12 goals and conceding only two.

England will have to come up with a plan to control France’s Kylian Mbappe, who’s scored five goals this tournament and has eve said winning this year has become an “obsession”.

England have beaten France 17 times in 33 matches, however, 10 of those triumphs by England came before 1950.

England and France have clashed at two prior World Cups, with the Three Lions winning the tournament in 1966 and then again in 1982.
