Qatar Sports for All Federation (QSFA) announced the opening of registration for the 2023 family running race edition, a continuation of the family race series that amounted to six races in 2021.
Held at Al Rayyan Park on Jan. 9, the race will cover distances of one and three kilometers with the participation of different age groups of men, women and children.
The race aims to motivate and urge all family members to practice sports, in a unique and fun atmosphere that gathers family members in one place.
The previous editions of the competition were held at distances of three and five kilometers and witnessed a wide participation, which gave the race an atmosphere of competition, as everyone was keen to participate actively, to take advantage of the family atmosphere that characterized the race, in addition to encouraging family members to exercise.
