Ghanim Nasser Al Qadi guides Aslan 69 over a fence on his way to win the Medium Tour class during the 8th round of the Longines Qatar Equestrian Tour Hathab at the Al Shaqab arena yesterday. Al Qadi and Aslan 69 timed 38.82 seconds in the jump off.
Faleh Suwaid Al Ajami on Ambre De Beaufour was second, while Mohammed Saeed Haidan finished third with D Saucedo.
The Medium Tour Team competition was won by Alfardan, followed by Al Shaqab and ExxonMobil. Earlier, Al Qadi also emerged triumphant in the Small Tour class with 14-year-old Quick Step.
Jassim Al Jaham Al Kuwari (Calydor) was second, with Mohammed Nasser Al Qadi (Galwaybay Merbreaker) third. In the Young Riders category, Mohammed Jamal Al Derbesti took top spot, while Hind Abdul Hadi Al Hajiri took both second and third positions.
