The Qatar handball team added one more gold medal to the nation’s robust campaign at the Arab Games – Algeria 2023 on the final day in Algiers on Saturday. Qatar’s 3x3 basketball team claimed the bronze medal as the Team Qatar finished with a total tally of 22 medals – 9 gold, 2 silver and 11 bronze to be eighth on the table among 22 countries. For the first time, five cities in Algeria – Algiers, Oran, Constantine, Annaba and Tipaza played hosts to the 13th edition of the regional Games from July 5-15.
