QVA Continues Preparations for World Volleyball Challenger Cup

Preparations are underway for the World Volleyball Challenger Cup Qatar 2023, which is scheduled to take place in Doha at the Aspire Sports Hall from July 28 to 30, with the participation of 8 teams: Qatar, Chile, China, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine.

President of the Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA) Ali Ghanem Al Kuwari chaired a meeting of the Organizing Committee which reviewed the latest developments and preparations related to Doha's hosting of the world championship along with coordination in the coming period before the official launch of the competitions to ensure good preparation and full readiness to receive the participating teams.

Al Kuwari hoped that this world sporting event would be organized in an optimal manner, stressing the importance of teamwork among the members of the Organizing Committee and making every effort to ensure the remarkable success of the tournament that enhances Doha's leading position and reputation in hosting major sporting events.

The International Volleyball Federation had announced the program of the event in which Qatar's first match will be against Thailand on July 28.
