QATAR CRICKET ASSOCIATION CONDUCTS COURSE FOR PHYSIOS

Doha, Qatar- The Qatar Cricket Association (QCA) conducted a two-day basic course for physiotherapists earlier this month.

The course designed to upgrade the skills required for the physios and trainers was supervised by Shashi Patra and Mohammed Eliyas on October 4 and 5.

This was part of QCA’s efforts towards enriching the knowledge and experience of its work force. The primary purpose of the course was to impart tips to the QCA officials so as to make them well equipped in handling injuries during matches. 

Later, QCA Operations Manager Manzoor Ahmad thanked the instructors and participants and expressed hope that more such courses would be organised in future.

The participants, who attended the training session were: Vijith Rajan, Nouman Anwar, Amjad Sandhu, Paramjeet Kaur Bhullar, Aneesh Kakkot, Muhammad Omar, Sreedevi Vimala Sasi, Qamar Sadiq Khan, Talha Undre and Muhammad Jahangir.
