Muscat, Oman - The 88th meeting of the Executive Office of the Council of Presidents of GCC National Olympic Committees began in Muscat, Oman on Sunday with attendance of HE Mr. Jassim bin Rashed Al Buenain, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee.
Several issues related to GCC sports were discussed during the meeting including holding a GCC Club league among the GCC elite clubs and honoring the sport leaders in the region.
The joint meeting No. 15 of the executive office with the chairmen and representatives of GCC Games Organising Committees will be held on Monday.
The recommendation of this meeting will be submitted to the meeting of Presidents of GCC National Olympic Committees to be held on Tuesday.
