The 2018/2019 racing season has come to an
exceptional end at the Qatar racing and equestrian club in Al Rayyan Park,
with the 47th race meeting. The racing season ended with the prestigious AlJassasiya Cup and the Al Karana Cup.
Alkarana cup winner the Blue eye trained by Jassim Jahromi placed first, Pazeer coached by Ibrahim Al-Malki came in second, and in third place was Hashim trained by Alban De Mieule.
Al Lusail who was trained by Hadi Nasser Al-Ramzi, took home the Al Jassasiya Cup
In second place was Saar who was trained by
Mohsen Maki And riden by Faleh Bughanaim: who is a top jockey in Qatar.
In third place was Nahaab trained by
Ibrahim Al Malki
Jassim Mohammed Jahromi and Ibrahim Saeed
Al-Malki both had an exceptional training season, placing in the top 3 in most
of the races that took place in the 47th race meeting.
The prize for the Al Karana Cup as well as
the Al Jassasiya cup is a total of 100,000 that will be distributed between the
top 5 winners.
