Doha, Qatar- The Qatari Fencing national team will begin their campaign at the Arab Fencing Championship in Tunisia on Tuesday.
To conclude on December 15, the event brings together 119 fencers from 9 countries including; Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and hosts Tunisia.
The state of Qatar will be represented by 7 players including Ahmad Ali Ghardaqi, Mahdi Feryani, Wadha Rashed, Zekrayat Rashed, Fatima Dhahi, Ghareeba Dhahi and Ameera Abduljabar.
Mohammad Al Sahli, Board Member of the Qatar Weightlifting and Fencing Federation said that the Qatari fencers are ready for the championship and wished them all success in this Arab gathering.
