Qatar’s top beach volleyball duo, Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan, climbed up in the latest FIVB Beach Volleyball rankings released yesterday.
The Qatari pair have collected 5120 points following successful runs in international tournaments over the past few months.
Few days ago, Cherif and Tijan, the reigning Asian champions were placed fifth in the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Swatch Major Gstaad.
Cherif and Tijan will compete in the next stop of the World Tour, the Four-star event in Espinho, Portugal, which started yesterday.
