Caitlin Dillon

The Ministry of Culture and Sports in Qatar, in collaboration with the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS), Qatar Airways and the Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA), are set to host a two-day Sports Integrity Summit starting tomorrow, entitled, ‘Sport Integrity – The Power of Collective Action in the Middle East, Asia and Africa’.

Taking place at the Marsa-Malaz Kempinski in the Qatari capital, in the run up to the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, the summit aims to highlight the ongoing work the country is doing in promoting the values of sports within society.

With more than 60 experts from around the world convening for the first-ever Sports Integrity Summit, the key figures from the industry will engage in open dialogue on the most important issues surrounding the integrity of sports, and how to combat corruption in sports in the region.
