FIFA, UEFA, AFC, LALIGA AND MANY MORE RELEASED A JOINT STATEMENT ON BEOUTQ

FIFA, the AFC, UEFA and league associations such as the Bundesliga, LaLiga, Lega Serie A, LFP and the Premier League have issued a statement regarding the investigation report on BeoutQ’s piracy channel operations.

UEFA and the rights holders of various football competitions have collectively released a statement following an independent report by MarkMonitor into the actions of beoutQ.

Rights holders of various football competitions have commissioned a leading industry body, MarkMonitor, to conduct research and produce a detailed and independent technical analysis of beoutQ's operations.

The statement confirmed that the investigations proved beoutQ's pirate broadcasts was transmitted through satellite infrastructure owned and operated by Arabsat. The full report of the investigation was published on several sites of rights holders' to provide transparency about the facts of the case and to demonstrate the seriousness of the issue as global rights owners.

The statement called on all federations, rights holders, Arabsat and all satellite service providers to stop providing a platform for piracy, as this would cause harm not only to those legally licensed, but also to sports enthusiasts, athletes and sportsmen whose rights are being violated.
