AL DUHAIL’S ISMAIL MOHAMMED UNDERGOES SURGERY IN LONDON

QSL

Al Duhail’s Ismail Mohammed underwent a surgery in British capital London to remove the medical devices put inside his leg during an operation he had at the Hamad General Hospital.

Ismail suffered a broken leg during Al Duhail’s match against Al Shahania in Week 1 of this season’s QNB Stars League.

The player, who has been missing in action ever since the injury, will now start his rehabilitation programme before returning to the team’s fold.

It may be noted that Al Duhail’s Abdullah Abdulsalam and Nam Tae-Hee too underwent operations recently.

Abdullah had appendicitis removed at the Al Wakrah Hospital, while Nam was operated upon in the Spanish city of Barcelona to correct a cruciate ligament injury he suffered while doing duty for South Korea in a friendly against Uzbekistan.

Al Duhail, who reached the quarterfinals of QSL Cup following their 4-0 win over Al Arabi in Round 4, will resume their training on 4th January.

Al Duhail will take on Qatar SC in the last round on 10th January.
