Al Duhail goals scored by Mohammed Muntari in the 34th minute (Penalty), Karim Boudiaf (45+1), Edmilson Junior in the 81st minute and the 4th goal scored by Almoez Ali in the 91st minute.
Al Duhail moved to the top of QNB Stars League table with 23 points.
While Al Sadd stayed fourth in QNB Stars League table with 15 points.
