The Qatar Olympic Committee hosted the 13th Entertainment Day for special needs individuals at the Qatar Sports Club yesterday, in collaboration with the Qatar Paralympic Committee. The event was hosted with hopes of raising awareness of people with disabilities in Qatar, as well as ensuring they are given a platform to express their skills and competitive spirit by taking part in sporting vents.

Various centres and institutions were in participation, including Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs' female education and rehabilitation centre, Noor Institute for the Blind, Doha International Centre for Special needs, and Al Tamakon School for Comprehensive Education.

The event included sports and entertainment activities like races and other enjoyable events, for individuals with mental, visual, and motor disabilities. In attendance was the QOC Secretary-General His Excellency Mr. Jassim Al Buenain, as well as various officials from the Qatar Olympic Committee and the Qatar Paralympic Committee.
