Metro Gold Line Provides Free Service For Gulf Cup Fans

Spectators holding a valid ticket will be able to commute for free to the Khalifa International Stadium using the Gold Line service of Doha Metro. 

To facilitate the commuters taking the metro during the days of Gulf Cup matches, Doha Metro will be extending its service hours from 06:00 am to 12:00 am. 

In a series of tweets on its social media, Doha Metro announced that any spectator holding a valid ticket for any of the Arabian Gulf Cup matches is entitled to collect a free Day Pass on the day of the match from any Metro station gold club office. 

The complimentary day pass will be available on match days for those who show a printed physical ticket for the Gulf Cup matches. 

The Gold Line extends from Ras Bu Abboud Station to Al Aziziyah Station. The Gold Line, which runs east to west across Doha, includes 11 stations namely: Ras BU Abboud, National Museum, Souq Waqif, Musheireb, Bin Mahmoud, Al Sadd, Sudan, Jawaan, Al Waab, Sports City, Aziziyah.
