Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al Attiyah, President Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) crowned Salmeen Sultan Al Suwaidi who has won the 130/145 cm class event with Cantaro 32, in the Big Tour class, on day two of the third round of the Longines Qatar Equestrian Tour Hathab series at Al Shaqab Arena in Al Rayyan yesterday.
