The FIFA Club World Cup Winner's Trophy will go on display across Doha. The trophy has visited famous landmarks around Qatar like Souq Waqif and Al Zubara Fort in preparations to host the pinnacle of global club football coming this December.

The trophy is set to appear at Qatar National Museum today. The trophy will also visit the Ministry of Culture and Sports and Hamad International Airport as well as making its round across embassies in Doha.

Commenting on the planned activities, the tournament's Local Organising Committee Marketing Director, Hassan Al Kuwari, said: "The tournament will also provide another momentous moment for the Qatari public on the road to 2022, as for the first time we welcome thousands of club fans from all over the world to watch the games taking place here. It's a small taste of what's to come in 2022 – and a wonderful opportunity for the world to see what it will be like in just three years' time.

Less than ten days to go until seven teams take the field to set a historic path leading to the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar.  Al Sadd SC (host country representative), Liverpool FC (UEFA), CF Monterrey (CONCACAF), ES Tunis (CAF), Hienghène Sport (OFC), Flamengo (CONMEBOL) and AFC representatives Al Hilal will compete in the FIFA Club World Cup taking place on 11 December and conclude on 21 December.

Fans whether international or local will experience Qatari pride on the 18th of December when Education City Stadium will be inaugurated. The third tournament ready venue for Qatar 2022 and the second to be built from scratch.

"The inauguration of Education City Stadium will mark another major milestone on the road to delivering international football's showpiece event," said Hassan Al Thawadi, Secretary General of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. "Everyone in Qatar will feel immense pride when this architectural masterpiece is unveiled on our country's National Day, during the prestigious FIFA Club World Cup, and exactly three years before the Qatar 2022 final takes place."
