Al Arabi SC reached Saturday the final of HH the Amir Cup, after defeating Al Khor 4-3 on penalties. The win sees Al Arabi advance to the quarter-finals of the cup. The match ended in a 2-2 draw after the 90 minutes that were played in Thani bin Jassim. Al Khor seemed cruising towards the quarter-finals after taking a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Tiago Bezerra and Nayef Al Beraiki. The goals came in the 14th minute and 46th minute respectively. Al Arabi however rallied and blitzed Al Khor with two goals in two minutes first from Pierre-Michel Lasogga and then from Hamdi Harbaoui. The players ride the momentum to ultimately win on penalties and reach the quarter-finals.
