Action from the Al Kheesa XC Mini Endurance Race, the 4th round of the Qatar Mountain Bike League were held in Al Kheesa Area last weekend. Tom Whatley and Pia Sundstedt claimed victories in the Open Class. A total of 140 riders took part in the races which were held in different categories at the 5km track.
The Al Kheesa race was organised by Qatar Cycling and Triathlon Federation (QCTF) and United Filipino Mountain Bikers Qatar (UFMBQ), in partnership with Rayyan Water and Qatar Chain Reaction.
Jamal Al Kuwari, QCTF General Secretary, distributed trophies and prizes among the winners. The next leg - Rasen 24 Hour of the Series - will be held on February 15 in Al Zubarah.
