Doha, Qatar- Al-Arabi beat Al-Shahaniya 2-0 in the Qatargas U-23 League ‘Round 4’ football match here, yesterday.
In other ‘Round 4’ match, Al-Ahli overpowered Al-Sadd 5-1 and Al-Rayyan beat Al-Salihiya 2-1.
Al-Ahli finished the first half by scoring two goals, Riad Mikidash and Mohammad Al Ansari scored the goals. Rami Suhail from Al-Sadd managed to score one goal in order to get his team back on the match, but Mohammad Al Ansari, who was ‘Man-of-the-Match’, hit again and scored two more goals to his team, and the final one was scored by Farid Ibrahim.
AL-Rayyan ended in fourth place after their win at the Al-Shamal Stadium.
AL-Rayyan scored early in the match via Khaled Mohammad, then Faysal Al Qahtani equalised to Al-SIyliyyah, and before the end of the match, Nasser Al-Nieami scored the winning goal for Al-Rayyan.
