Doha, Qatar- Legendary basketball player and the man behind the Iconic Air Jordan brand visited the club’s stadium on Wednesday to see PSG beat Stade de Reims 4-1.
Jordan saw Edinson Cavani score twice as well as a goal from Neymar and Thomas Meunier at the Parcs Des Princes.
Paris Saint-Germain recently signed a kit collaboration deal with Air Jordan producing this season’s third kit . The deal was agreed as part of a 22 million Pound a year sponsorship by Nike which will also help the brand expand throughout Europe. Speaking at the launch Jordan said “ Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain share a distinct position in sport and style, so to partner with club is a natural fit”.
PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi presented Jordan with a club shirt with his name on it in celebration of his visit and their new partnership.
