The 12th and last round of the fourth season of the Qatar Equestrian Championship, Longines Hathab, begins tomorrow, Thursday, with the medical examination of the horses participating in this round, which includes only show jumping competitions, which are held at Longines Indoor Square in Al Shaqab.

The tournament is held in partnership between the Qatar Equestrian Federation and Al Shaqab (a member of Qatar Foundation), and includes 12 individual and team rounds, and it was launched in October of last year, and its competitions took place without the presence of the public, due to corona virus (Covid-19) restrictions, the tournament is supported by the Social and Sports Activities Support Fund / Support / and its main partners.

The jumping competitions will start in the 12th round after tomorrow (Friday) with the smaller round that will be held at a height of 100-115 cm, followed by the intermediate round at a height of 120-130 cm, and then conclude with the grand round at a height of 130-145 cm.

As for the last day (Saturday), the final competitions of the tournament will be held, in three rounds (small, medium and major), followed by the process of crowning the winners in this round, who won the first places in the general standings in all rounds, including the dressage and hurdles competitions that concluded last Saturday.

After the end of the 11 rounds of hurdling competition, knight Nasser Al-Ghazali leads the rankings of the knights participating in the grand round with a score of / 196 / points, followed by Saeed Nasser Al-Qadi in second place with / 182 /, and Hamad Nasser Al-Qadi comes in third place with / 177 /.

And within the middle round, Muhammad Khalifa Al-Baker tops the ranking with / 194 / points, and the knight Sarin Sharif came in second place with / 193 /, and Rashid Tawim Al-Marri ranked third with / 181 / points.

The rankings of the Knights of the Junior Round are also led by Khalifa Abdullah Al-Khaldi with / 198 / points, and in the second place Muhammad Nasser Al-Qadi with / 191 /, and in the third place Muhammad Jabr Al-Nuaimi with / 169 / .. In the teams competitions, the ranking is led by the Business Trading team with a score of / 194 / points, and the Limited Edition team comes in second place with / 190 /, and ExxonMobil team comes in third place with / 189 /.

It is noteworthy that the dressage competitions and the future knights witnessed this season high artistic levels of the participants and participants, and the knight Maryam Ahmed won the title of the first level competitions in dressage, and the knight Asma Yasser Muhammad won the second level title for the same competition.

Maryam Ahmed collected 165 points after participating in 6 rounds, and the knight Maryam Al-Buainain came in second place with 146 points, and the knight Jassim Jaham Al-Kuwari came in third place with 136 points.

As for the second level, knight Asma Yasser collected 174 points, Jassem Muhammad Al-Kuwari came in second place with 144 points, and Ghanem Nasser Al-Qadi came third with 139 points.

On the level of future knights, Hadi Mansour Al-Shahwani was crowned the first level knight, and Barzan Azzam Saleh came in second place, and Jassem Adel came in third place .. and was crowned the second level knight Kayen Monty, and Fahd Abdul Karim came in second place, and Majed Abdulrahman finished third.
