The Executive Committee of the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) has reconstituted the confederation’s committees, during the twenty-fifth meeting that was held last Thursday through the visual communication.
The formation of the committees resulted in Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Buainain heading the Development Committee, the presence of Mansour Al-Ansari as a member of the committee of Finance, Khaled Mubarak Al-Kuwari for membership in the Media and Marketing Committee, and Hamad Al-Mannai for membership in the Competitions Committee.
The formation of the development committee was as follows: Ahmad Al-Buainain/Qatar as Chairman, Khaled Al-Shammari /Kuwait as Vice-President, and the members: Haroun Al-Bartmani /Oman, Khalfan Belhoul /the United Arab Emirates, Aslan Kanjo /Syria, and Wissam Asliouh /Iraq.
The Finance Committee consisted of: Ali Al-Mutairi /Kuwait as Chairman, Ali Al-Buainain / Bahrain as Vice-President, and the members: Abdullah Kabuha /Saudi Arabia, Mansour Al-Ansari /Qatar, Hassan Bashnfer /Yemen, Ahmed Qamar Al-Din /Lebanon, Colonel Zakaria Channel /Syria, Luay Amish /Jordan.
With regard to the Media and Marketing Committee, it included: Humaid Al Tayer / the United Arab Emirates as Chairman, Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Afaliq /Saudi Arabia as Vice-President, and the members: Mohsen Al-Habsi / Oman, Bassam Walweel /Palestine, Muhammad Al-Hammadi / Bahrain, Khaled Al-Kuwari /Qatar, Moaz Al-Khamisi /Yemen, Dr. Ahmed Kamel / Iraq.
The Competitions Committee was made up of Hussein Saeed /Iraq, Chairman, Jihad Al-Shahef /Lebanon Vice-President, and the members: Dr. Khalid bin Muqrin /Saudi Arabia, Salah Al-Qanaei /Kuwait, Saif Al-Mansouri /the United Arab Emirates, Hamad Al-Mannai /Qatar, Ibrahim Al-Buainain /Bahrain, Dr. Ibrahim Abazid /Syria.
