Al Arabi SC announced on Thursday, its official signing of Gabonese international, Aaron Boupendza, for a period of 3 seasons, thus strengthening the team's ranks in the QNB-Qatar Stars League in its upcoming 2021-22 edition, which will start on September 11.
Boupendza arrived in Doha earlier and underwent a medical examination, coming from Turkey's Hatayspor. He is expected to join the club's training in the coming period.
Al Arabi SC had participated in a preparatory camp in Spain, during which the club played several friendly matches, in order to determine the physical and technical readiness of the players before the kick-off of the league. Al Arabi will start its career in the league by facing its counterpart Al-Wakra SC on Sunday September 12.
