The Qatar Stars League unveiled the official ball for the new sports season of the Qatar Football League 2021-2022 (Sadu), which was designed by the Branding Team of the Sales, Marketing and Communications Department of the QSL in cooperation with Derbystar company. The design was made by Qatari hands influenced by the Qatari heritage. 

This came during the inauguration ceremony held today at the W Hotel, in accordance with the precautionary measures and general guidelines for the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. 

The new-look and revamped official website of QSL was also unveiled on the occasion, keeping pace with the latest developments in the field of digital and electronic media. 

CEO of Qatar Stars League Hani Taleb Ballan underlined that preparations are in full swing for the beginning of the new football season at all levels, noting that the new season is exceptional and everyone cooperates to ensure its success. 

Ballan indicated that the League will be pressured in with fixtures, and the clubs have worked hard and made an effort in preparations and contracts, and there will be great momentum, and we expect the results and the competitive level to be at the highest level. 

As for the referee's readiness, Ballan said that refereeing is a very important part in the success of football competitions, especially the League, noting that a course was conducted to prepare the referees for the season through practical exercises and theoretical lectures. 

On holding the first matches in unaired-conditioned stadiums and its impact on the attendance of the fans, Ballan said that there is a cooperation between the corporation and all relevant parties, especially the World Cup Committee in terms of stadiums, noting that the cooperation adapts to the circumstances.
