The Referees’ Department of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) yesterday appointed international referee Abdullah Al Athba as the main referee for tomorrow’s Amir Cup final.
The title-deciding game between Al Sadd and Al Rayyan will be tomorrow at the brand new Al Thumama World Cup Stadium - a FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 venue.
Al Athba will be assisted by linesmen Ramzan Al Nuaimi and Yousuf Aref.
Mohammed Ahmed Al Shammari has been appointed as the fourth official.
Also, the department appointed Mishary Al Shammari as VAR1 referee, Khaled Al Nabit as VAR2 referee, and Khaled Ayed, VAR assistant referee.
