Al Wakrah and Al Arabi qualified for the semi-finals of the Qatar men's basketball cup which is held with the participation of nine clubs, at the conclusion of the Third Round of Group A.
The third round of the group witnessed victory of Al Wakrah against Al Arabi (89-81), and Qatar SC against Al Shamal with a score of (79-73).
Al Wakrah topped the overall standings of the first group with six points, achieving the full mark by winning its three matches, while Al Arabi came in second place with five points, Qatar SC came in third place with four points, and finally Al Shamal ranked fourth and last with three points.
Al Wakrah, hit a date in the semi-finals scheduled for the second of November, with the second of the second group, while Al Arabi, meets the leader of the second group on the same day, the two winners meet in the final match scheduled sixth of November.
